I’ve listened to this on and off for years. There’s always an interesting topic, and presented in a really digestible way.

Informative, thought provoking and not sensationalised.

I love listening to all in the mind episodes. There’s yet to be an episode I haven’t found interesting and thought provoking. Keep up the good work Sana and the team

Good, thought-provoking topics. The AI episode this morning scared me! - But raised some very important considerations. Host is very good as is the production.

I have been listening for as long as I can recall and I continue to be interested in each of the topics presented. The concepts are presented thoughtfully and with many voices that investigate a variety of perspectives.

The background music/noise is very annoying. Thankfully does not continue through the whole thing. Not sure what value is added and for me is off putting. I suspect others can ignore easily. Maybe two versions are required.

Interesting information but the guest’s over-use of the word “like” was very off-putting.

Love the show, love the host love most of the topics but summertime repeats are a tad off putting.

Hi Sana and All In The Mind team, Long time listener… :) Enjoyed every episode… and some, like the menopause one and today’s one about toxic over-achieving, were timely and super helpful and reassuring. Sana, I love your hosting style - speaking with curiosity, thoughtfulness and kindness is...Read full review »

As a long time subscriber I really used to enjoy this podcast, but I feel like there are certain agendas creeping into episode topics now. Unfortunately I’m going to unsubscribe now.

Love the variety of topics covered and range of guests. The subject matter isn’t easy but both hosts over the years (and their great team) have created episodes that combine data with storytelling, well done indeed!

What a fantastic podcast. I love the host and the topics they chose to discuss. I also like the background music. This is a must watch!

Well researched, great production. Weaving in the interview segments makes it a listening delight. I especially like thematic focuses over several episodes.

I could hardly hear the voices over the terrible background music. It’s great content, but please chill on the music!

This is perhaps my all-time favourite podcast! Thank you Sana for all the hard work you put in and the incredible way in which you host the podcast and interact with guest speakers - I love listening every week.

Topoi of great interest, but treated way too "my personal experience with xyz" - an anecdote, just as well if it may be related by an expert in a given field, stays an anecdote, & does not found a scientific argument nor thesis. Too all but the crudest laypersonae, this podcast is too...Read full review »

Always love this podcast, but just finished listening to the menopause episode and it quite literally brought me to tears. As a 47 year old woman at the “peak “ of her career, married with teenage kids, you could have been describing me. Thanks Sana and Ali for helping me realise that I’m not...Read full review »

Sorry. Bad spelling mistake.

The music in the background that is supposed to reflect the tone is way too loud. Most budget YouTube videos can do it better where you don’t realize there is background music until like halfway through.
Siyg via Apple Podcasts · United States of America · 06/03/23
I’d give you five stars except for those background sounds because they are so distracting I miss entirely what is being said over them. Why in earth do you do that??

Sana Qadar is brilliant as host of all this podcast. Thourough, authentic and empathetic on every topic. It’s disappointing to not see Qadar credited on this app for the work she is doing.

The episode were the Dr spoke about what are memories were for and the episode about uncertainty and to be honest all the episodes have been so fascinating and have so many facts and knowledge in them I just love them!

I love this podcast so much. So easy to listen to, yet I can listen again and again and I feel better prepared for face life each time. So many helpful tips. Keep it up.

This podcast is fantastic. Each episode has been worthwhile: so stimulating, well researched and /or great guests. Sanar and producer doing a great job. Last ep, which considered uncertainty facing death had me in tears but well worth the sadness for great insights into everyday concerns.

I really enjoyed the guru playbook episode. The episode about unconscious bias was sped up, perhaps to fit the content into a time slot. Whilst the content was great, the listening experience was less than pleasant.

I really enjoy this podcast and was excited to listen to the two-part series about introversion vs extroversion. I found that it was quite imbalanced in that it seemed to treat introversion as a defecit of extroversion rather than a separate quality with its own traits and strengths. Both...Read full review »

I have listened to and loved this show as one of the first podcasts I started listening too 10 years ago. So focussed in its subject matter, but so broad in the topics it explores and therefore, always fascinating.

This helped me overcome a few of my phobias and helped release some stress and what caused some of that stress isn’t much of a problem now. Thank you so much for making this podcast!

The stupid background music that is supposed to reflect the tone is crude and the host’s affect is unbearable
