I subscribed to this show to learn about the Ruby programming language - training courses, best practices, useful gems, bug fixes, trends etc. Instead I get the biography of Ruby programmers and book authors. This is not what I or anyone else would sign up for. I wish that I could get back the...Read full review »

Even though it has name Ruby, it discusses all sort of technology. For instance Elixir, Go, JavaScript. Strongly recommended

Great panelists, great guests, and great topics. It’s definitely Ruby-oriented and a great way to keep up with what’s happening in the Ruby ecosystem, but there’s plenty of discussion of adjacent technologies and even other interesting things that have little to do with Ruby or even programming...Read full review »

This is great for everyone, you don’t even need to code in ruby.

I'm a total ruby and programming noob. I often don't quite get what the hosts are talking about, but I learn something new each episode and they are fantastic at introducing broad concepts along with more specific content.Read full review »

This is one of the best podcasts in the ruby community. Even though the title is ruby rogues, I would recommend this to any software engineer, the content transcends ruby and usually can apply to any language!

I cannot recommend enough Ruby Rogues. Keep up the good work guys!

Ruby Rogues is super. It’s really helped me in my development as a Ruby programmer but as a programmer in general. My personal favourite episode is 87 with Sandi Metz, well worth a listen!

I’m a huge fan of this podcast. Great talks with cool people. This is a fun podcast for those interested in ruby/tech. I’ve listened to over half of the episodes in the last few months. Check out the freelance show and javascript jabbers. Also go to the actual ruby rouges website and check out...Read full review »

Probably the best software engineering podcast available. Often it steps out of just ruby to comment on all things development

I love this podcast. They talk about programming with Ruby, have guest speakers who are usually “Ruby Community Celebrities”, and are just entertaining to listen to. I’ve been trying to catch up on all the old podcasts I’ve missed and it is taking awhile as they put out a lot of quality content....Read full review »

I stumbled upon Ruby Rogues when looking for more Ruby resources, but I must say that I came because of Ruby, but have continued listening because of the eclectic panel and topics they bring to the table.  Excellent job guys, keep it up!

Fun show. Like how they mentioned Malcolm Gladwell's studies and insight. I have listened it a number of times while running!

For the past couple months I have been listening to this podcast after listening to the excellent Javascript Jabber (also from Charles Max Wood). The discussions are informative and fun. I write Python primarily but so much of what they discuss crosses into any language that you don't have...Read full review »
