AWESOME AMAZING ENLIGHTENING & RELATABLE
I absolutely love following Libby on Instagram & now her podcast ! Even though I have never been a swimmer or been in a competitive sport I can relate so much to the transitional struggle that these athletes talk about The biggest and hardest transition for me was becoming a first time mum & rediscovering myself personally after almost 3 years I have loved all the conversations in particular the one with Steph rice & I think the message of this whole podcast is You are not your accolades or your job You are beautiful worthy and deserving no matter who you what you’ve done and where you come from! This amongst many other positive messages was the biggest thing that struck me ! Thank you Libby for being so honest down to earth & relatable ! I hope we get to hear guests in the future from all of the world & I absolutley love listening to ur poddy child free whilst driving with my drive through coffee 😂🧡 the ultimate self care gift for any mummy ! Keep being brave Keep being vulnerable & courage’s & keep sharing Thank you !!!

Such an insightful podcast! Definitely a must-listen must listen for all retired and retiring athletes (and non athletes for that matter!).

Love these podcasts. Really enjoy how different each athletes transition to retirement has been. Very much enjoyed Steven Bradburys & Leisel Jones interviews but all have been great. I’m new to podcasts & eagerly await to see who Libby is going to chat to next.
