“I very much enjoy the podcast for the diverse viewpoints on the economy, investing and cultural topics but I have to say that on this week's episode, David Sacks might want to take a moment for reflection. 1. The "Biden Is in the Basement" trope is old. you know he's been out. Was out to pay respects to John Lewis in DC, met with Obama and a number of other events. Why not give him props for being safe. Why go with the R throw away line. 2. On Facebook/Censorship etc, the "They're trying to keep the Right Down" trope is old as well. You know that the top trending posts are pretty much all right leaning so where's the issue? Also, when you are a white, straight, wealthy man, maybe you can't comprehend how people posting lies, provacative comments or hateful speech about whom they consider "Other" might be an issue, and could be dangerous/deadly. Maybe take some time to reflect outside your current viewpoint and think if you were an "Other", how you'd feel. Life is not just about stocks, your next billion, your Tesla and your golf game. if anything this time has shown that maybe it's time to look beyond ourselves and try to see how the world can be a better place, if not for us, then for the next generation.”Read full review »
