This is the podcast I recommend to all my church friends with questions.
This is, simply, a wonderful podcast. It is thoughtful, honest, and well researched. In the past few months I have learned a great deal about the Old Testament (and not just the giants and other divine beings) what the story of the fall really means, and just how many ideas about the atonement there are. It has helped me to understand that there’s so much more to the faith than I have been taught, and perhaps most importantly to me, has helped undo some of the damage done by church teaching - specifically on issues of gender, and atonement.
