“Utterly heretical”
Lots of isogeting going on, based on culture it seems than objective hermeneutics. 1,000 years ago I don’t believe they would’ve had some conclusions/convictions. Their theology “moves the ancient boundary stones.” They are correct when they call themselves “utterly heretical.”

I used to really like this podcast, but it’s becoming painful to listen to. Drop the host that never knows what’s going on and keep the host that appears to be a scholar of this topic.

I've listened to most every episode. I don't always agree and sometimes get lost, but I think Nate and Tim offer up some critical thinking on theological/Biblical topics. This podcast is transforming and liberating. You’ll never look at the Bible to same way after you start to grasp the importance of the worldview of its authors on the text.
