“I began to listen to this because it was recommended by some really good people. The production is excellent and the idea of a first person narrative makes it even better.
However after listening to 3 episodes I get the feeling that there is a little slant to this that quietly seems to focus on America as being a bigger cause of problems than perhaps it really was.
There’s mention of America fire bombing Dresden killing thousands of civilians, but nothing of Germany’s atrocities. There are several different examples i could cite. It’s a very fine line, but I prefer history to deal with actual facts than to be led along to a conclusion.”
