“What a great trip down memory lane ths far! Grant Wahl, as always, has been able to provide insight and analysis into a wonderful period of American soccer history. The story-telling brings back vivid memories of my childhood with some tidbits that I never knew about / did not recall. Particularly entertaining was the story of Freddy wanting number 11 upon signing with DC United and the subsequent exchanges with Alecko....great stuff! Looking forward to hearing the rest of the series. Great work Grant!”
