“What does cancel culture and “wokeness” have to do with sport stars refusing to stay silent and using their platform to protest black people being shot? You have begun to start speaking about the experiences of black people with a flippancy and disregard that is alarming. You frequently refer to the feelings and reactions of “normal” Americans. Which when you do, it is clear you mean “white”. I’m a huge fan of the podcast and tune in religiously but the lexicon increasingly used is subtle but illuminating.”
