“I'll start off by saying I love the idea of this podcast. However the host and her guest's biases make it difficult to have real discussion on the topics. These interviews are pretty much just a full agreement of one side of the argument with interviews full of softball questions. I would love to hear more of the underlying facts of the cases, beyond what is covered in the normal media, as well as the occasional opposite view point, either through a separate interview or the host pushing back with more pressing questions. I do love the audio clips of the oral arguments. Overall ok podcast but needs a lot of cleanup and polish.”Read full review »
