May it please the court
A 30-minute podcast looking for an editor. Some excellent guests — when they’re allowed to sneak past the host’s (sometimes well made) stream-of-consciousness peregrinations. ~ •EPISODE: “Fani Willis”, in which the host asks a guest for a “fulsome” response. ~ •EPISODE: “Is SCOTUS afraid” in which the host wants to “hone in” on something. ~ •EPISODE: “End of Term Breakfast Table”. Annoying Guest CatchPhrase: “… Right?”

More reviews of Amicus With Dahlia Lithwick
I love this podcast, and Dahlia Lithwick is excitingly in-the-know. I wish we could get more of her opinion and perspective like we sometimes get in her written work on Slate, and it has so far been somewhat inconsistent in terms of new episodes, but I want to hear more!

All Americans should be aware of what is going on with the Supreme Court as their rulings affect our everyday lives. This podcast is informative and understable to the average listener who is not versed in legalese.

This is exactly what I’ve been looking for: detailed coverage of current supreme court cases, interviews with the attorneys arguing the cases, and soundlips of the justices speaking. Many of my friends are attorneys, I’m finally able to teach them a few things! They hate it! Great podcast.
