This is a must 'listen to' podcast on keeping abreast of the Supreme Court rulings that effect our daily lives. I have a feeling that some conservative members of the Court would prefer that we (in the general population) not be quite so well-informed as it would be easier to slip those decisions through that a majority of US citizens strongly disagree. It can be somewhat painful to listen to opinions of some Justices regarding reproductive and marriage equality in regards to (or total disregard of) the Constitution. But, better to be aware of Lady Justice's condition than to assume that the Court is actually providing a fair and balanced evaluation of the hot button political issues facing our Country today. Thanks to Dahlia Lithwick and the Amicus Team. They are fantastic (I just wish the podcast was available on a more frequent basis)!Read full review »

An awesome idea to cover SCOTUS and its impact on our country. Just wish the host would limit some of her clearly leftward leaning views. Still a great show.
