“I’ve loved every Ancient Wisdom Today podcast, but Episode 3 (“Mind The Words That Block You”) initiated a healing/clearing that I didn’t think was possible from simply listening to a podcast. I’m not unfamiliar with this kind of work, but I was skeptical about its effects through an impersonal channel such as this. However, listening to this episode and moving through the exercises with Shaman Durek completely changed my mind (and my life). I HIGHLY recommend all of Shaman Durek’s work, as he truly is a channel for healing, love, empowerment and beauty, regardless of the medium he’s working through.”
