You lost me at Nevis
I loved this podcast when I first discovered it. Kona and Ethan seemed very genuine. However, I feel that the episodes have just become an opportunity for them to talk about themselves, their marriage, and their jobs for half of the episode. The latest one involves them talking about their vacation to Nevis. They go on for almost 15 minutes before really getting into the actual story. I had to turn it off because I got so tired of waiting for them to stop talking about their vacation and just talk about the case. It’s mostly a chinwag about their lives with a little bit of missing person info thrown in. There’s a lot of ads and it’s usually the same one over and over again in the episode.

By far my favorite true crime podcast. The victim-centered approach is so respectful to victims and their families. They do a great job bringing attention to missing people. By providing details on their current age, etc they provide a real service instead of mindless entertainment

This case and Cindy Song's hit very close to home for me because I was a...Read full review »
