Show Summary: Animal Kingdom is an upcoming American drama television series developed by Jonathan Lisco. It is inspired by the eponymous 2010 Australian film by David Michôd, who is executive producer for the series. After a heroin overdose kills his mom, teenager Joshua "J" Cody moves to Southern California to live with his freewheeling relatives. The family's matriarch is J's estranged grandmother, Janine "Smurf" Cody, from whom he's been shielded for years. J soon finds out the reason

“The first season of this podcast was pretty good. The second season has just been horrible! I find myself shaking my head wondering if they even watched the show.
