Language is a window to attitude
Animalogy opens the window into the western etymological roots of our complex and often contradictory attitude to animals. As any social justice advocate knows demonising language facilitates abusive framing. So it is critical to analyse the concepts projected in the language we use everyday to unpack our relationship with animals, and even the broader environment.
