“This podcast is all fluff, no real info. If you are brand new to learning about anxiety and have zero information, then you might get something out of this. Still, there are MUCH better choices out there then this.
Just listed to episode about dealing with anxiety at work. It included such life saving insights as get good sleep. Wow, how have I never thought of that? Too bad I have insomnia. But wait…they have a guided meditation you can buy that will help out. 🙄

If that didn’t do the trick then they have wonderful information like having Rye toast instead of white and eating cinnamon to lower your blood sugar. Suuuuuuuure thing.
I have tried several episodes to give this a chance, but it is just not worth it. I am happy if it helps anyone, I just hope that advice given has a little more scientific backing than eat cinnamon to lower your blood sugar.”
