I wish I knew of it years ago, but I am so grateful for having the opportunity to listen and learn about different strategies that nobody else has taught me over the years, such as Ayurveda, as well as techniques I can use to immediately calm my trauma response when triggered. The ladies share many wonderful, practical tips that have helped me a lot. I especially enjoyed the forest meditation to trust myself, which just completely got rid of a severe anxiety attack because it used guided imagery of nature and trusting myself helped me to regain the feeling of being in control, which is the opposite of an anxiety attack.
