Wow, really powerful
I feel as though it can be tough for come across as genuine when a storyteller attempts to tie their experience to a topic or event. Maria does this so well. I had never heard of Selena until this, but I enjoyed it so, so much. She explains what Selena meant to her community in a really powerful way.

I am almost brought to tears listening to this podcast. I’m from El Paso / Juarez and it’s just amazing to hear a story from Maria’s perspective that I relate to myself. 😭😩❤️
