“I have come across Michael Blank's podcast by accident. While reading some posts on BP, someone mentioned Michael's expertise in apartment building investing. I checked out his profile and learned of his podcasts. It was a great discovery! Since Michael specifically gears his podcasts to newbies, this was very helpful to a movice investor as myself. While interviewing various successful investors MIchael always ask questions that are relevant and helpful for begginers.
