“This used to be my favourite Apple podcast but I have to agree with the other reviews. It is a chore to listen to now because yes, these guys come across as bored and negative.
The host is dull and smarmy (especially smarmy when he creates these fake scenarios in order to mention/sell the weeks' sponsor). He's downright nauseating, please ditch him.
The editor in chief has interesting things to say but sounds bored mostly.
The one from who lives in Hong Kong or Japan (can't remember which), I don't even know why he has his job, he is so negative about everything. Get over it!
The guy from Hawaii, like the EiC, has good stuff to say when his mind is in gear. Sometimes it's not (you know what I mean man?).
Try listening to the 9to5mac podcast instead, they are actually interested in Apple and have just as much, if not more of the juicy info you want.
Or, just read Apple Insider but don't listen to it. These guys are not cut out for presenting. They are great journalists and I always read their stuff, it's just time for them to stop wasting their time on the podcast.
Finally, I think I could actually put up with all of the above if they just got rid of the current host. He's the worst thing about it. So stale.”Read full review »

I also particularly like Daniel’s contributions when appearing on the TechNight Owl podcast.
Having a dedicated Podcast seems...”Read full review »

“I'm not even sure where to begin with this. Besides the fact that the podcast is poorly produced (inconsistent volumes of speakers, inconsistent speaking rates, bad audio), the hosts are just dreadfully misinformed and self-important. It's impossible to listen to. If you want good Apple...”Read full review »

“I've been listening on my work commute and always look forward to new episodes.
It is very well done.
My only gripe is so small I'm slightly embarrassed to mention it... However as an Apple fan it's my responsibility to be obsessed with detail so here it is: the intro/outro music...”Read full review »
