Art history made accessible
What I love about this podcast is that it approaches art from a no-nonsense point of view. Yes sometimes art (and the way it is valued) is absurd and of course bad art exists, but there is always a context, and it is important to get this context right before liking/disliking/not-caring about a work of art. Allison’s well as an art historian runs deep, and she enhances each well chosen topic with compelling and relevant research. She packages up a juicy morsel of the world of art in each of her episodes. Highly recommended. Delish.
