“I discovered this fantastic Australian podcast after hearing it mentioned on the James Bonding podcast.
Make no mistake. This is a masterclass in podcasting. Take a great subject: film music. Then unleash three experts on it who have the professional credentials to explore some of the great movie soundtracks in meticulous but never indulgent detail.
Most importantly, make sure it is snappy, funny and insightful. Oh, and that it never feels like the hosts just love the sound of their own voices or revel in their own in-jokes. (A classic podcast sin.)
This is a fantastic podcast for anyone who loves movies, music or movie music!
Hope they cover film scores like Lord Of the Rings, The Piano, Dead Poets Society, Empire Strikes Back, Local Hero, the Adventures of TinTin, Babe and Ed Wood in future episodes!
