Good and getting better
I must admit to originally subscribing to this only out of some weird sense of loyalty to Richard Herring having been an avid listener to the Collins and Herring Podcast. I was unsure about the first one but each successive podcast has been getting funnier to the point where, whilst listening to the Halloween episode, I actually laughed out loud on the escalator at Victoria tube station and got a few strange looks for doing so. Despite his wishy washy Guardianista liberal views (very different from my own) I really enjoy his comedy probably because you get the feeling he actually feels strongly about what he says unlike many comedians who seem to make contentious statements just for the sake of it. I hope this 'experiment' works as it is a refreshing departure from a lot of the tired and hackneyed comedy we see and hear on the mainstream media. Good to hear more from Richard Herring, this podcast can be a little hit and miss but it is live and unedited. It almost made me buy the Hoff's Greatest Hits!!Read full review »
