really like this discussion. I had a think about the gym freaks try to “improve “ their body, they t never happy, funny enough I was one of them. I think it is time to change my approach to my mind and my body. More natural movements no more stupid machines at the gym. I might consider corssfit again because this is something what use ur body movements only. Thank lads for this podcast it was really beneficial for me.
