Marcus Green has just been discharged after a tour of duty in Iraq. Wounded and disfigured, Marcus returns to a life he barely recognizes... and that barely recognizes him. Impressive debut
Many threads woven around a central theme both heartwrenching & uplifting. An example of how the world changes especially fast now, but a boy still has to grow up & become his own man, and the story of how that happens is compelling.
