“This is an excellent podcast for anyone who trains on a bike, and in particular indoors, but it also covers recovery, nutrition and weight loss. (In the UK this would probably be called turbo training and abroad just on a trainer.) The three guys know a great deal about cycling, road, TT and MTB and certainly know a massive amount about training.
The podcast normally consists of three experts answering questions on topics that have been sent in and it is really interesting to get the slightly different feedback from their various background knowledge base.
I think that if you do not already use the TrainerRoad app then you will be signing up really fast. The app has really focused my attention on how to improve and making sure that training sessions are as precise as possible.
The other thing to mention is that if you have a question about training then you are welcome to email it to the guys and they will do their best to answer it (but check previous podcasts because it might already have been answered).”
