What I have needed!
Thank you guys! I have been a listener for a short time, in recovery for a long time, and married for about half that time. I want to say that episode #144 was a huge help to me. I have felt a little crazy because I know I have codependent tendencies with my wife, but I also felt that I haven’t been validated in the marriage. What it comes down to is that I feel very little response from my wife in any of my bids for connection and you’re discussion helped me see that clearly. I know you know that it is more complicated than I can write in this review, but I have a clearer understanding of what I am experiencing. Thank you so much! Maybe you could cover this in another episode a little. What are some ways to re-engage with my wife when she misses a bid for connection?

I appreciate the range of topics Brannon takes on and how he discusses them in a way that’s understandable and relatable. He is willing to dig deep on tough topics and provide insight with practical solutions for real problems.
