“My 6 year old has been difficult from birth. Anxiety, OCD, Sensory processing disorder. Even as a pediatric occupational therapist, I struggled to understand her anxiety, and emotional dysregulation. I often felt dismissed by her pediatrician when I expressed my concerns. Other adults in her life never saw the same kid I saw at home...so I often questioned if her issues were my fault or because I wasn’t strict enough. We’ve been financially strapped the last few years so I’ve felt so alone. Even with my clinical knowledge, I felt like I was barely keep my head above water with her. Finding these podcasts has been an unbelievable answer to prayer! Natasha hits the nail on the head perfectly. She describes so much of what we struggle with daily. I’ve learned more in these podcasts than I have in the $1000+ we’ve spent on therapy so far this year. We are just beginning to really understand and fill our tool box with effective coping strategies. I signed up for her Ecourse and I’m loving it. I seriously can not believe these podcasts and you tube videos are free. Thank you so much for igniting some hope and encouragement back into our lives. We are ready to crush anxiety and ocd. 👊🏼👊🏼”
