All AT Parenting Podcast, YouTube and Courses
We were referred to a YouTube video by Natasha Daniels about how to help children sleep better with OCD and anxiety by our UK CBT (ERP) therapist a few months ago. We’ve watched the video with our daughter three times and since then, she had slept so much better. Her fears were rationalised by the video. Secondly, when our daughters OCD spiralled out of control in September and her therapist was full, we turned to Natasha’s online courses “How to Crush OCD for Kids and Teens” and “How to help your kids and Teens Crush OCD”. This has been a turning point for us. I’m now consuming as much of Natasha’s Content as possible so we have the information to help our daughter live a more normal and put joy back in her life. This episode I’ve heard twice and it’s been really invaluable in helping us realise how to help her self esteem which was at an all time low. I think we’re dealing with ADHD and OCD and so hearing how Natasha helps her son first hand is just the advice we needed to start boosting our daughters self esteem. So far it’s really working and what we wouldn’t have tried (we considered allowing her to sell jewellery or have a YouTube channel of her own (with some parameters and safety restrictions) would be a negative effect but so far it’s the reverse. I can’t recommend any of Natasha’s content highly enough. She deserves a Damehood - when UK child mental health services are almost non-existent there feels like nowhere else to turn but Natasha is producing all this amazing free content. We’ve happily paid for two of her courses because we can afford to, we’re the lucky ones. My advice is work your way through these podcasts… it will really help!

Natasha offers insight into anxiety and ways that parents can address it. As a parent of an anxious kid, I appreciate all the info I can get! One note - she can get off topic which I find frustrating because I have limited time. I sometimes FF because of that.
