Not only is she extremely knowledgeable about anxiety and OCD (in a world where OCD in particular is rarely talked about), but her weekly topics are relevant and brought to us in a funny and engaging way. Who knew that the same thing that brings us parents to tears some nights would also make us laugh so much on the way to work in the morning? And if podcasts aren’t enough Natasha for your family, your kids might also enjoy her YouTube videos made especially for kids on how to crush anxiety and OCD. My 9 year old, who keeps her feelings inside and refuses to talk to therapists, is almost as big a fan as I am!
