Awesome podcast!
I just discovered your podcast this week because my daughter had a panic attack for the first time and I was frantically searching for information to help her not become incapacitated by it. I stumbled upon your podcast and was instantly relieved to find an address that is so informative, down to earth (not at all jargony) and very very practical. Added benefit, I totally love your personality Natasha. I too am a child therapist and In my own personal life am an introvert. I wish we could do coffee because I totally think we could be friends! You are awesome and funny and are really putting helpful information out there for parents! Best of luck to you and wishing you lots of success!

This podcast has really helped me with my 3 kids. All of them have anxiety and one shows signs of ocd. Thank you Natasha!! I am so grateful for what you do.
