Compassionate Space
Casey of At Peace Parents has been a huge support for me and my PDA 10 year old. Casey offers evidence seeking techniques to determine what our PDA children might need to bring them out of burnout, to accommodate their nervous systems, and to survive intensive, intentional parenting. Casey offers practical strategies to see our children clearly and to respond to them in ways that allow them to thrive, and she affirms our parenting each step of the way. This podcast is a compassionate space to learn we are not alone with our autistic, pressure sensitive, and demand-avoidant children and to level up our caregiving skills.
