Honest, positive framing of PDA
I’ve been following and listening to Casey on PDA for a year or so. She helped me solidify my belief that my youngest is PDA (he’s since been formally identified), reframe his often baffling behaviours and her advice for how to support him and manage my own reactions has been genuinely life-changing. We’re still learning and not getting it right all the time, but the insight I’ve gained from the podcast has been immense.
