Sadly, the story which was pretty good, was ruined through the mud, and back, and forth, and back,,,, Nobody really cares about the authors anti science beliefs. But hey, if thats whats important to him, good luck.

I thought this was cool. Interesting story and I enjoyed it. The narrator is obviously Canadian so you get some aGAINs and some aBOOTs and other funny words but I didn’t think it took away from it. The story was good and I have to respect the author for putting it out there. Definitely draws on...Read full review »

Antiscience plus antisocial. Starts of deeply unappealing, and I suspect it gets worse from there.

Love the character driven tale, I’m on episode 2! The characters are very realistic, I want these audiobooks to blow up and become mainstream

It’s funny people giving negative reviews on this because obviously the author has some doubt in the (we are all going to die in 10 years ) unless we all eat soy and talk like our nuts are in a vice. What’s more funny is I am sure they are fans of hp lovecraft and if you know any thing about his...Read full review »

That’s what this is. It’s not a story, it’s a tirade against belief in climate change. It’s disgusting.

The author has a very strange way of pronouncing common words, if it happened once or twice I could've ignored it, but it kept happening, "a gain" and "a gain" throughout the story's "pro gress." That's minus one star. Then there were the cringe worthy sound...Read full review »

I can agree somewhat with the first reviewer. The overall story line and writing style appealed to me and I did like the story. However the authors desire to correlate belief in climate change with some of the characters flawed beliefs in the Old ones was a rather base attempt to push his views...Read full review »

I loved At the Mountains of Madness, and while one could argue that the author mimics Lovecraft’s style in a modernized way, S. Lawrence Parrish should not have narrated this audiobook. More so, his aggressive anti-climate change stance causes me and anyone with even a quarter of a functioning...Read full review »

A brave attempt at creating a new story based heavily around the Cthulhu mythos. Well crafted with some lovely tie-ins to real world history and of course H.P Lovecraft’s works.
