Really valuable podcast for actors and creative people
If you're an actor, especially if you live in LA or NY, I highly suggest you check this podcast out! It very quickly joined my short list of podcasts I listen to on a weekly basis. The things Audrey discusses with her guests are things that I find really relatable, things that do cross my mind, but I don't always think to bring them up with friends and talk about them. So when she discussed it, it was like, "Ahh, yes, I'm not alone!" and it was fun to hear a good long conversation on the topic. And her industry tidbits that she inserts about certain union rules or other stuff was just good info to have, info that I never would have thought about until she mentioned it. Some recent topics I've really enjoyed so far have been when they discussed how to take steps towards making your acting work your full time job, financial planning, making sure you're actually enjoying the process of being an actor, etc. Different stuff will resonate with different people, but I'd suggest browsing the episode list, pick 1 episode subject that resonates with you, and give it a listen! :-)Read full review »
