Gets to the heart of buddhist teachings
This podcast has been the most in depth and down to earth explanation of buddhism i've come across. Michael sources his teachings directly from the palicannon (buddhas direct words) and translates them in a way thats easy to understand and relatable. He has a beautiful way of weaving poetry and koans into his teachings. If you want to get to the heart of buddhist teachings, and bypass much of the spiritual materialism making false promises of enlightenment, this podcast is for you. I feel so grateful to have discovered Michael. His teachings are deep, heartfelt and honest. I have never experienced anything like this before - that depth without any agenda for the “right” way we should live and think.
