“Out of all the people and musicians in the world I never in my life have been more inspired by anyone the way Awsten Knight inspires me. After seeing Waterparks twice last year and meeting the band it is clear to me and also their hundreds of other fans that Awsten has a kind and wonderful personality that proves that he deserves more recognition than even what he currently receives. Awsten Knight brings a warm and bubbly presence to every single show he puts on and gives his fans his full and undivided attention which for me was a once in a lifetime experience that I will never forget. With every song and picture and tweet Awsten produces I feel more and more connected to the art that he puts out and I am excited to see what may come from him in the future. Entertainment comes out next week and I don't think I've had this much anticipation for an album since awaiting the release of Double Dare. While there is no definite plans for an Entertainment US tour this upcoming year I'm keeping my fingers crossed that I will hopefully reunite with the boys of Waterparks in the upcoming months. Tomorrow I share my birthday with Awsten as well and I think if that is not a sign enough that he was meant to be a significant figure in my life this podcast and the art he continues to release is.
