Tribute to the Blood god
I am so glad that there is so a niche podcast out here for me. JRPG's are life and I trust Kay Bailey in delivering that week in and week out. She has a very particular taste that I enjoy so much. Which basically consist of Valkyrie Profile and Gundam, which may sound oversimplified, those who understand will understand. Either of which I would listen to Kat talk about all day When Nadia Oxford joined the cast the show took a dramatic dip. She is an expert on the SNES. Sadly Nadia wasn't very knowledgeable about the current events and often recedes back to the SNES, her wheelhouse. For a while the episodes consisted of Nadia agreeing with Kat with nothing to contribute. Alas, all is not lost. As of late, as they are going through the Chrono Trigger and Persona 4 play through, she has been contributing a lot more and her true expertise is starting to shine through. She seems more confident, and even captains the conversation on choice subjects. It seems that the hosts have caught up with each other and now that they are experiencing new IP at the same time the show is a lot more balanced and the host are more in sync. Additionally, it seems more prep is being put into the episodes. This is hands down the best RPG podcast on the internet.Read full review »

Kat is an amazing host who seriously knows her stuff. I just found this podcast and I've already listened to half the backlog. It's great! Bob seems to bring some negativity to the show whenever he's on, but thankfully everyone else is fantastic!Read full review »
