“I started listening to Katie’s podcast when my daughter was about 4 and a half months old. I was starting to feel anxious with the six month mark coming up and not knowing what, how and when to feed my baby solids. Katie sold me on the BLW approach and after listening to her podcasts, I felt so confident starting solids when she turned 6 months old. I still have friends and family members that are a bit skeptical about my decision on skipping the purées and spoon feeding (my mom being the worst) but because of her podcasts I know I’m making the best decision for my daughter. I’m sure I will eventually get all of my family members on board once they’ve seen her eat more. If I could give her podcasts more than 5 stars I would!”
