“Katie really helped me made the decision to stop spoon-feeding and do BLW with my son. He is my first and I was worried about trying it but I am so glad I did. My son started at 7 months and he is almost 1 and is already on his 90th food! I really enjoy watching him try out a new food almost every day, his expressions are priceless! I could of never done this without Katie's guidance. If I ask her a question she gets back to me right away and always has the right answers. Recently she helped me with deciding on what types of meats to offer my son. I did not know he needed protein every day but I learned this in her podcasts.
