I love this podcast. I love the hosts’ friendship, analysis, and humor. I’m bummed I listened to them too fast and caught up on all the episodes and now I have to wait for new ones. Thank you, Annemarie & Carrie for making me laugh during a deeply sad time in the world. Never stop making this...Read full review »

I have been a bachelor fan from the beginning and listen to several bachelor adjacent podcasts. I’m also a pretty big pop culture person (and old enough to have experienced a lot of changes). Not only does this podcast bring back a lot of great memories with a modern take on what was going on at...Read full review »

I found this podcast from your appearance on Love to See It and love it! Your coverage of Ben Flajnik’s season is hilarious. I think you’re the only people who can make a man so completely devoid of personality funny. I love every minute of these episodes! P.S. I remembered disliking Ryan, but...Read full review »

I really like this pod but I’ll have to skip the Emily Maynard eps. I can’t stand all the fawning over a MAGA Trump supporter.

Found via Love to See It, and now I’m obsessed. I started with Jake’s season bc I watched it with my best friend in college. Affirmed all of our feelings then, and makes my love for the bachelor make sense.

I found this show after Carrie and Annemarie appeared on Love to See It, and I’m so glad! I love the smart and silly take on classic Bachelor seasons as well as the conversations about what this very unserious reality show can tell us about the cultural moment is reflects.

I’m a bachelor analysis junkie, and this has quickly become my favorite podcast. Now that I’m caught up on the backlog, I look forward to every new episode drop! The hosts are intelligent, funny, and have a great friendship. They’ll quickly make you feel like you’re one of the gang. And bonus! As...Read full review »

This show owns. I’ve been listening to it non-stop since they did a cross-over episode with Love To See It — if you love that show, you’ll love this one too! This show is so funny, so smart, and so enjoyable to listen to. Come for the thoughtful discussions of how and when reality tv becomes...Read full review »

I discovered this podcast through Claire and Emma (Love to See it) and it is now one my favourites! The commentary is insightful, I’ve laughed out loud, there is the perfect amount of lighthearted snark, and I love the background information and contestant “where are they now” updates they...Read full review »

Smart, funny, feminist analysis of old seasons of the Bachelor franchise. The hosts bring a much needed perspective to the Bachelor Nation podcast universe. More than witty and snarky recaps, they situate the Bachelor in historical, sociopolitical, and cultural contexts. Yes! We need this show!

I immediately hit download every time a new episode drops and save it for a time when I can focus and enjoy it! This show strikes the all-important balance between providing traction and information to the listener and the sense of listening in on a fun (and funny) conversation between people who...Read full review »

…but I got to the Frank screenplay, specifically the moment where Laura Palmer’s theme starts playing, and I knew I had to do this. You are both delightful, and your takes and research are gold. Love the recaps of a show I’ve been watching since day one. It’s so fun to be reminded of what we were doing in 2010 and beyond and how this show goes hand in hand with the culture.

I love your podcast and have already recommended it to all the bachelor fans I know. This podcast, looking back at early seasons of the Bachelor and the Bachelorette, is smart and funny and also manages to be important. I’ve never watched The Bachelor, but I’m hooked on this pod! The co-hosts are really likable and witty, I love giggling with them, and having an academic and a TV writer as co-hosts means the analysis is so sharp. I definitely feel like I’m getting one of the smartest takes on this era of media.

Carrie & Annemarie are so funny & insightful. This is way more than just another bachelor podcast. It’s a rundown of how pop culture has changed in the social media age, how feminism is & is not represented in pop culture, the cultural earthquake that is Gen Z… and so much more.
