i've been listening to bftb since fall 2021. this podcast has been my healing companion week after week for two years, with the host mollie growing and evolving along with me (or so it feels!). the concepts of the mother wound, toxic shame, and scapegoating in family systems have revolutionized my life and recovery from so called borderline personality disorder. with the knowledge i've gained through mollies work, i've been able to release so much shame and become a much more regulated human. 🩷🫂Read full review »
