Mollie’s work is life changing
I found Back from the Borderline at a very tumultuous time in my life, and it has been a saving grace. Every week Mollie truly pours her heart and soul into compiling engaging content that helps us understand ourselves and better our lives. I am always so impressed with the level of professionalism Mollie puts into her work, whilst still maintaining a relaxed vibe, it feels like you’re listening to a friend. This podcast has helped me immeasurably and has without a doubt changed my life and the trajectory of my recovery journey. I recommend this podcast to everyone and anyone but particularly those with complex trauma, those who identify with BPD/EUPD traits or just anyone who wants to know what it’s like to be me! Sometimes it’s like Mollie is a mind reader, and it’s so so clear the time and dedication she is putting into this. I am eternally grateful for this podcast and Mollie as a person, she is amazing. She has a way of encouraging you to take accountability without shame and her no bull**** approach is empowering. I highly recommend becoming a premium subscriber, I don’t usually subscribe to things but it’s truly worth it because the bonus content is next level! Thank you for everything Mollie, Back from the Borderline is truly a beacon of hope for all of us.

I was...Read full review »
