Steve and Janet tell their parents about the pregnancy / wedding, which goes horribly wrong, and Steve makes it worse by saying his mother's partner is really his sister. They also need a place to live with the baby, so Matt and Noah have to decide who is going to move out of Casa Walsh for the baby. Matt talks to Kelly about living together, while Noah opens a strip club with Gina. And Dylan enters a prank war with some preteens in the hotel.

Steve wants to re-propose to Janet, but Dylan oversteps and causes problems. Meanwhile, Matt is assisting with a custody battle and Kelly cannot stand for that (note: Dylan also oversteps here). Dylan ALSO tells Gina she can't live with him, and handles the whole thing wrong from start to finish. David convinces a woman that he's not a jerk, he's different, then he acts like a jerk to her and everyone around him. And Donna and Noah just can't stay away from each other.

Meanwhile, Wayne gave up his career for a casual relationship with Donna. Noah gets back at her by flirting with another PPAD employee - Cherise. Donna finds the photos of Noah and Gina from "You Say Goodbye, I Say Hello" and Gina takes the opportunity to stir the pot. Donna takes this opportunity to go on a 'fake' date with David, and has to kiss him in front of his boss. Meanwhile, Steve has a skin cancer scare that goes nowhere and teaches him nothing.

Turns out the woman from last week is Lauren, Matt's wife from New York. He spends time with her and hides her from Kelly and the gang literally all episode. Meanwhile - Steve, Donna, and Noah are in a prank war that is both too big and too small at the same time. David meets a girl and loses a girl. Dylan has to serve his community service and, as per usual, has to learn several lessons to grow as a person.

Dylan follows through on his revenge plans against Tony Marchette, only to find out he's been dead. Dylan's arrested for breaking and entering an innocent couples' home, and the truth comes out about his current issues. At least with Gina and Matt, and Kelly is furious about attorney - client privilege. Meanwhile, Steve has to go to small claims court for his scam from last week, and Donna and Noah housesit for her parents and throw the worst barbecue on this show to date.

Steve struggles to accept his mother, and won't talk about it with his friends even though Samantha gave him permission to and encouraged him to. Gina gives up on Noah and turns her attention to Dylan McKay (obviously). And Donna meets an actual girl gang and goes into 'save the underprivileged teenager' mode.
