“As a fan of some of the minute-by-minute podcasts, as well as a long-time BTTF fan, listening to this was a no-brainer. Scott is a great host and his enthusiasm for the film comes out in every episode, but Nick is the reason I won’t listen beyond season 1. Scott is knowledgeable and engages the listener, but Nick is all about Nick as he makes jokes that aren't funny (stop the "and the news" thing. Just stop.), makes statements that are complete non sequiturs which indicate that he doesn't listen to anything anyone else is saying, and can't go a single episode without saying something that is utterly incorrect. Actually, that would make the podcast into a good drinking game. Drink every time Nick says something stupid (referring to the Baines family as "Gaines" and Rod Serling as "Sterling", calling Marty Jr. “Timmy”, completely butchering the pronunciation of "Doctor Zhivago", the list goes on and on. The only way I’d listen to seasons 2 and 3 is if anything Nick says is edited out. Sorry, Scott.”Read full review »
