“Sounds like two grumpy old hippies in a coffeehouse, attempting to be overheard. Absolutely the worst. I listen to lefties and righties all the time bc even on the far edges there are journalists that ask the real questions and challenge the assertions of their guests and look for the bottom line. Self-selecting our media will have the perhaps intended consequence of crushing any critical-thinking in the generations that have only gotten their news via FB, IG and possibly online. The Paul Ryan/SOH drama is interesting but to have some old geezer keeping bringing up the Paul Ryan's wife has family money and that somehow disqualifies him is so incredibly pointless and hypocritical. And using Ayn Rand as some sort of blunt instrument only suggests that the listeners to this podcast have just never read her work, which is a safe guess. Keep ladling on the garbage and hope that the useful idiots just consume and don't question your various 'hmming' and groans of agreement. Terrible journalism, what a disappointment.”Read full review »
