“One of the better current events shows I've stumbled across. The format allows substantive interviews on important domestic and international issues with lots of experts in their given fields. Occasionally the Autralian-born host will lapse into what-the-hell-is-wrong-with-you-people mode when discussing disfunctional American government, which is great. He can sometimes be frustratingly hawkish on Russia and will occsionally veer into unsupported speculation that matches that bias, but I can understand that given his background in Cold War arms control. He is pretty candid about his biases to his credit. That said, this is still one of my go-to programs to stay up to date on current geopolitics.”Read full review »
