“I feel torn leaving this but I honestly feel compelled to agree with some of the recent reviews: the balance of insight/expertise and lightness feels off now. I’m sure Amber is a talented journalist but on this she sounds out of her depth, and I feel like Dr Julia feels it, too.

“I love this podcast, Sofie brings normal views and Julia shows how these are often not supported by the science. (Its really interesting to see how some other reviewers are still not quite able to accept the science!). It’s interesting and entertaining and a great listen.”
