“Bad People was, until Sofie Hagen left, excellent. It wasn’t the typical gore and sensationalism of True Crime; it balanced Julia Shaw’s character expertise and research with ethical dilemmas, humour, and what grew to become a genuinely great chemistry between the presenters.

“I feel torn leaving this but I honestly feel compelled to agree with some of the recent reviews: the balance of insight/expertise and lightness feels off now. I’m sure Amber is a talented journalist but on this she sounds out of her depth, and I feel like Dr Julia feels it, too.
